Account Services Representative


You will respond to routine inquiries and complaints from cardholders regarding financial products and services. These duties include: processing routine to complex transactions resolving routine to moderately complex problems and inquires and referring difficult problems with the best resolutions. With questions or issues regarding their credit card accounts. Account Service Representative must have the ability to optimize customer’s service soft skills, while taking into consideration the customer’s satisfaction and needs.

Requirements:

Demonstrates thorough knowledge and proficiency in the use of required computer systems.
Strong and fluent oral and written communications skills
Excellent Customer Service Soft Skills
Strong Listening Skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
Ability to effectively probe to identify needs
Ability to adapt quickly to change
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong typing skills
Must convey a professional, courteous, and positive attitude when dealing with customers
Ability to work effectively in a time-sensitive, high-volume environment
Ability to work in an automated production environment.
Strong organizational skills. Must be self-motivated.
Ability to consistently apply sound business judgment
Customer Service experiences a plus.
