We Seek:
• Expertise in management of human resources in a similar field or one that can be transferred to our field of work
• Negotiation skills, coaching ability and preferably experience in coaching, analytical skills
• Well versed in legal issues pertaining human resources in Guatemala
• Capable of working with high management, international management, and with operating level in farms.
• Fluent spoken English, and a very good level of written English
• Dedicated, agreeable, passionate of their work, proactive, assertive
