Portafolio Analyst (O3)
This position involves performing customer service activities including receiving incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, pulling and mailing customer invoices and completing credit inquiries.
Requeriments:
· 90% English written and verbal communication skills
· 2nd or 3rd years of university studies ?2 years of work experience
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong analytical skills
· Strong time management skills
· Proficient in MS applications
· Business etiquette
· Strong skill sets in MS applications; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Access a plus.
· Should have Prior SAP knowledge
