Deductions Analyst (O3)
This position involves performing customer service activities including receiving incoming calls, responding to customer inquiries, pulling and mailing customer invoices and completing credit inquiries.
Requeriments:
· 90% English written and verbal communication skills
· 2nd or 3rd years of university studies ?
· 2 years of work experience ?
· Ability to analyze information and offer solutions to problems.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
· Strong organizational skills.
· Strong skill sets in MS applications; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Access a plus.
· BASIS, MS, PAT, CMA experience a plus. ?
· Should have Prior SAP knowledge -
