We are a company that provides Marketing Software to emerging industries and startups in the United States. We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to join our team Guatemalan support team as the newest rock star!
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
- Conversationally fluent in reading/writing/speaking English as well as Spanish
- Has at least 2 years experience in a customer support role for a technology or software platform
- Has at least 2 years experience in a customer support role serving Business users or Business to Business support (as opposed to personal users / end consumers).
- Has completed at least 2 year of college / post-secondary school
- Is capable at troubleshooting user errors and software settings/configurations
- Has experience following up with customers and providing a summary/resolution following a support issue
- Is able and willing to learn new programs/software easily and is able to teach them to others
- Must be proficient in common business software, such as microsoft office, google tools, email
- Familiarity with marketing software is a bonus (i.e., social media, mailchimp, etc)
- Ability to learn how to schedule marketing communications (posts, emails, texts, updates, etc) using company platforms is a bonus.
- We are not a call center. We are a company that has been serving its customers since 2017 and has a small team. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the company's executive team and grow your career. We provide career training.
- We are looking for a full time representative but will consider part time options for the right candidate.
- Availability required from 9 AM -5 PM Eastern Time (7AM - 3PM Guatemala), 5 days a week. Occasional weekend support may be required but will be scheduled with advanced notice.
- Starting salary is US$625 with commission/bonus package.
