Representative must be able to interact in a friendly and upbeat tone with customers both in English and Spanish regarding all customer service requests. Strong empathy and soft skills such as active listening are a must in order to exceed our client’s daily requirements. The representative must be able to successfully build rapport throughout the call in order to be able to up sell our products. Average typing and computer skills required.
